👨‍⚖️ The Challenges:
Leading a project isn't easy, especially when dealing with complex applications. Projects often encounter unexpected changes. That's why I've adopted the Agile method (Scrum) and started using Jira to guide my team through these challenges. Interestingly, it was my first experience with both Jira and the Scrum methodology.
Not only that, our team also faced difficulties with the Tech Stack we were using, as it was a first-time experience for everyone. However, as the Project Lead, I led by example on how I did back then with my previous experienced in the last company. Surprisingly, within just one month of development, we successfully built the application according to our expectations.
